Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a Sr. Director of Strategy & Execution to own GTM strategy and governance for a leading workforce assessment company.

You will translate corporate objectives into prioritized roadmaps across direct, channel, and partner motions, and build operating cadence, roadmaps, and governance to ensure disciplined execution. The role leads channel, alliances, and partner marketing, and collaborates with enterprise alliances to develop co-marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or strategy.
• MBA preferred for senior leadership.
• 12+ years in strategy, GTM, or commercial roles, with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own go-to-market strategy across all channels and routes to market.
• Lead annual and multi-year strategic roadmaps for growth.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership and align priorities across functions.
• Own the long-range plan and growth bets with market testing and sizing.
• Design operating cadence, governance, KPIs, and milestones for initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional programs end-to-end and scale execution support.
• Develop and scale Strategy Enablement/PMO capabilities.
