Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a Sr. Director, Strategy & Execution to own go-to-market strategy and governance for a global assessment and workforce solutions leader. You will drive direct, channel, and partner motions, shape the long-range plan, and build a scaling Strategy Enablement/PMO as the business grows.

Remote-US with occasional travel and flexible hours are expected. You will lead a cross-functional team, partner with Product, marketing, and commercial leaders, and report to the Commercial

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in business/marketing/economics/strategy or similar.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record designing and running strategic planning cycles and operating cadences.
• Experience with growth bets, market sizing, and new market opportunities.

• Own the go-to-market strategy across all motions and routes to market.
• Lead long-range planning, growth bets, and market testing with insights teams.
• Build and govern execution cadence, KPIs, and milestones for cross-functional programs.
