SHI International Corp. is seeking a Sr. Director of GTM & Marketing Strategy to shape and drive go-to-market initiatives that accelerate revenue growth.

This senior role partners with executive leaders to define strategy, allocate investments, and ensure scalable execution across solution practices and business units. The ideal candidate will translate complex market signals into actionable plans, leverage analytics and AI-driven insights, and establish governance for enterprise-wide programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 8–10 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or related area.
• Experience leading strategic planning, transformation initiatives, or large-scale marketing programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic vision for GTM and marketing programs with a multi-year roadmap.
• Collaborate with executive marketing and GTM leadership to shape planning and investment.
• Translate strategy into scalable frameworks and execution models across orgs.
• Evaluate and prioritize marketing programs and transformation initiatives for ROI.
• Leverage analytics and performance data to guide investment decisions.
• Lead development of executive narratives and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Establish KPI frameworks and attribution to connect strategies to outcomes.
