Job summary

Kantata, the leading PSA platform provider, seeks a Senior Director, GTM Product Strategy to shape market direction and validate ICPs across global markets.

You will translate product capabilities into compelling business value, drive launches, and orchestrate demand campaigns with cross-functional teams.

This role requires 10+ years in product marketing, strong storytelling, analytical rigor, and a track record of partnering with sales and partners to win in competitive environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product marketing or related roles at a B2B tech or professional services company.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Experience leading global cross-functional teams to market.
• Strong affinity for understanding audiences, needs, competition, and sales processes.
• Track record delivering outcomes with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication of value storytelling.
• Strong project management skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented in fast-paced settings.
• Pragmatic Marketing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own ICP definition and critical business issues for target markets.
• Translate Kantata's capabilities into differentiated business value for ICP.
• Lead a nimble competitive intelligence program.
• Conduct win-loss analysis and refine positioning and narratives.
• Turn insights into clear recommendations for executives.
• Partner to establish Kantata as a defining voice in the PS market.
• Manage product launches and create collateral and sales tools.
• Create narratives, use cases and case studies showing business value.
• Partner with Alliances to enable partners on Kantata's solutions.
• Drive quarterly product performance reviews and KPI tracking.
