Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Sr. Director to lead the Product GTM & Growth Strategy for the Platform Portfolio. You will design growth frameworks, set the executive cadence, and build the analytical backbone with a team of analysts and managers across Product, Sales, and Finance.

You’ll drive post-sale adoption, prioritize investments, and shape external positioning in a matrix, SaaS environment. A data-driven, collaborative leader is essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, GTM, product ops, consulting, or finance with growing scope.
• Proven ability to build frameworks, operating rhythms and teams from ambiguity.
• Excellent executive communication, with direct experience advising C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen; comfort with market sizing, competitive analysis, and modeling.
• 5+ years of people leadership across multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Platform portfolio-level growth framework across each business.
• Drive strategic initiatives including post-acquisition growth strategy and cross-portfolio synergies.
• Author and maintain frameworks and KPIs for ELT and Board reviews; coordinate with Product, Sales, and Finance.
• Size growth opportunities, shape investment prioritization, and influence product roadmap inputs.
• Partner with commercial strategy on pricing, packaging, and incentive design.
• Lead and grow a team across GTM strategy and business operations.
• Drive AI-enabled process improvements and deeper insights to operate more efficiently.
• Collaborate with peer strategy leaders to ensure consistency in frameworks and reporting.
