Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Sr. Director - GTM & Marketing Strategy to shape go-to-market and marketing programs that accelerate revenue growth. You will define multi-year roadmaps, align with executive leadership, and translate market signals into actionable strategies.

Lead cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, and operations, using data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to optimize investments, measure impact, and drive enterprise-wide transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 8–10 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant area.
• Proven success leading strategic planning and large-scale programs.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end marketing lifecycle and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic vision for GTM and marketing programs with a multi-year roadmap.
• Partner with executive marketing leaders to shape strategic planning and investments.
• Translate strategy into scalable frameworks and governance for execution.
• Oversee evaluation and prioritization of programs balancing ROI and opportunity.
• Use analytics and AI-driven insights to guide investment decisions.
• Lead senior stakeholder engagement and develop executive narratives.
