• Drive & Scale Sales Talent: Lead, coach, and empower an elite team of Account Managers to exceed revenue targets.
• Own Enterprise Merchant Relationships: Direct-manage flagship enterprise accounts as senior partner to unlock high-dollar ad spend.
• Cultivate C-Suite Partnerships: Engage with executive decision-makers to position Capital One Ad Solutions as growth driver.
• Architect Custom Campaign Solutions: Design tailored campaigns and oversee technical integrations (APIs, platforms).
• Monetize Through Data Analytics: Use transaction and audience data to optimize ROI and find new opportunities.
