Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience analyzing advertising performance, campaign data, or sales analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and empower an elite team of Account Managers to exceed revenue targets and optimize campaign performance.
• Direct-manage a flagship portfolio of enterprise accounts and unlock high-dollar ad spend.
• Engage and negotiate with executive decision-makers to position Capital One Ad Solutions for growth.
• Design high-performing ad campaigns and execute seamless technical integrations (APIs, platforms).
• Leverage transaction insights and campaign metrics to optimize client ROI and identify revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Revenue Management, and Tech to inform product roadmaps and monetize inventory.
• Represent Capital One Ad Solutions at industry events and lead executive pitch presentations.
