Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 14+ years of strategic client-facing ad sales, account management, or business development.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience leading sales or account management teams.
• 8+ years of experience analyzing advertising performance, campaign data, or sales analytics.

Responsibilities

• Drive, coach, and empower Account Managers to exceed revenue targets.
• Direct-manage a flagship portfolio of enterprise accounts and unlock high-dollar ad spend.
• Engage with executive decision-makers to position Capital One Ad Solutions as a growth driver.
• Design high-performing, tailored ad campaigns and execute seamless integrations (APIs and platforms).
• Leverage transaction insights and campaign metrics to optimize client ROI.
• Collaborate with Product, Revenue Management, and Tech teams to inform roadmaps and monetize ad inventory.
• Represent Capital One Ad Solutions at industry events and accelerate pipeline growth.
