Responsibilities

• Drive, coach, and empower an elite team of Account Managers to exceed revenue targets and optimize campaign performance.
• Direct-manage flagship enterprise accounts, unlocking high-dollar ad spend and long-term value.
• Engage and negotiate with C-suite decision-makers to position Capital One Ad Solutions as a growth driver.
• Design high-performing, tailored ad campaigns and execute seamless technical integrations (APIs, proprietary ad platforms).
• Leverage transaction insights, audience data, and campaign metrics to optimize client ROI and identify revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Revenue Management, and Tech to inform product roadmaps and monetize new ad inventory.
