The ideal candidate will coach a high‑performing team of Account Managers, manage flagship enterprise relationships, and collaborate with product and revenue teams to monetize new ad inventory

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 14+ years of experience in strategic client-facing ad sales, account management, or business development.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience leading sales or account management teams.
• 8+ years of experience analyzing advertising performance, campaign data, or sales analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach an elite team of Account Managers to exceed revenue targets and optimize campaign performance.
• Direct-manage flagship enterprise accounts and build long-term business value.
• Engage with C-suite executives to position Capital One Ad Solutions as a growth driver.
• Architect custom campaigns and oversee API integrations with ad platforms.
• Leverage transaction insights and campaign data to optimize client ROI and uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Revenue Management, and Tech teams to inform roadmaps and monetization of ad inventory.
• Represent Capital One Ad Solutions at industry events and drive pipeline growth.
