Job summary

Aligned Data Centers, LLC is seeking a Senior Director, Central Operations to lead the enterprise-wide Central Operations organization. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, facilities management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in data center operations, mission critical facilities, or related fields.
• Experience leading enterprise programs, governance models, and executive communications.
• Proven ability to build scalable programs, budgets, and staffing plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise Central Operations organization and integrated operating model.
• Oversee the Operational Reliability, Training & Workforce Readiness, and Operational Excellence groups.
• Own incident management, risk reduction, and enterprise-wide performance reporting.
• Develop multi-year strategies, budgets, and capability-building plans aligned with growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional governance with site operations and corporate functions.
