Aligned Data Centers is seeking a Senior Director, Central Operations to lead the enterprise strategy for Operational Reliability, Training & Workforce Readiness, and Operational Excellence across multiple data centers. You will partner with Site Operations, Engineering, Platform Delivery, and executive leadership to translate business priorities into scalable programs and measurable results.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; 12+ years in data center operations or related field preferred.
Experience leading multiple enterprise functions through managers and senior professionals.
Strong knowledge of Electrical/Mechanical infrastructure, maintenance strategy, incident management, and analytics.

Responsibilities

Lead the enterprise Central Operations organization and establish an integrated operating model across Operational Reliability, Training & Workforce Readiness, and Operational Excellence.
Provide executive oversight of groups handling reliability, training, and continuous improvement; align programs with portfolio growth and business priorities.
Oversee incident management, risk, analysis, and remediation tracking to reduce operational risk and drive performance.
Establish trusted data, metrics, and reporting; drive improvements through ServiceNow, Power BI, and other systems.
Lead people, budgets, and stakeholder engagement; communicate effectively with executives, customers, and cross-functional teams.
