Job summary

Aligned Data Centers, LLC is seeking an Operations SME to support operational excellence, safety, and reliability across the data center portfolio. This role executes CMMS QA/QC audits, critical manipulations, maintenance observations, technician knowledge assessments, and training retention interviews while participating in drills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 10+ years of related experience or 12–15 years in lieu.
• Ability to read and interpret complex project documents, CAD drawings, and runbooks.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform CMMS QA/QC audits on change requests and maintenance orders.
• Conduct on-site observations and provide actionable feedback to leadership.
• Evaluate technician proficiency against runbooks and standards.
• Lead monthly training retention interviews and share insights with teams.
• Participate in and observe operational drills to validate objectives.
• Provide oversight for Field Service Bulletins and liaise between sites and central operations.
• Support AMMO requirements, audits, and runbook compliance.
• Assist CAB meetings and contribute to change management processes.
• Aid incident response and post-incident documentation.
• Review CAPEX close-out docs for runbook compliance.
