Aligned Data Centers in Chandler, AZ seeks a Director of Operations to lead and optimize campus facilities, safety, reliability, and customer relations across multiple datacenter sites. You will strategize, manage budgets, and drive 24x7 operations to achieve high uptime and SLA performance.

The role requires senior leadership experience, deep knowledge of critical facilities, and a track record of delivering efficient, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 10 years’ experience or 12–15 years in lieu of degree.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret complex project documents, AutoCAD, Visio, and PDF documents.
• Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership to drive strategic vision for datacenters and operations.
• Oversee 24x7 campus operations, including budget, capacity, and SLAs.
• Manage vendor relationships and budgets; develop SOPs and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and PPE; respond to emergencies.
• Lead staff development and cross-team collaboration for service excellence.
