Job summary

Affirm Card is a central pillar of Affirm's strategy to combine debit, pay‑over‑time, and network features into a single consumer experience. We are seeking a Director of Product to own the Card domain and Card Platform, defining strategy, building a scalable roadmap, and delivering durable business outcomes across card issuance, authorization, servicing, and partner integrations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management with multi‑team leadership.
• Experience owning large domains or business lines with meaningful financial impact.
• Experience managing managers and building high‑performing PM teams.
• Portfolio‑level thinking—connecting product decisions to company strategy.
• Platform, payments, fintech depth across consumer and backend systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the Card domain end-to-end, including user experience and business outcomes.
• Define multi‑year roadmaps spanning multiple teams and systems.
• Lead platform strategy, APIs, controls, and servicing systems.
• Build a durable, high‑performing PM organization that scales without micromanagement.
• Align with Finance, Credit, Engineering, Legal, Partnerships to optimize profitability and risk.
