Affirm is building the next generation of consumer finance, and the Affirm Card sits at the center of that vision. We’re looking for a Director of Product to lead the Affirm Card and Card Platform—owning both the end-user experience and the business outcomes across card issuance, authorization, servicing, and partner integrations.

• 15+ years in product management, with experience leading multi‑team product areas or platforms.
• Track record of owning large domains or business lines with meaningful financial impact.
• Experience managing managers and building high‑performing PM teams.
• Ability to operate at portfolio‑level altitude—connecting product decisions to company strategy.
• Experience in payments, cards, fintech, or adjacent infrastructure.
• Comfort working on both consumer‑facing products and backend platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Card domain end-to-end, defining vision, strategy, and multi‑year roadmaps for consumer experience and economics.
• Lead the US direct‑to‑consumer card products (Affirm Cards and in‑app virtual cards) and oversee the Card Platform.
• Translate company strategy into a coherent roadmap spanning multiple teams and systems.
• Build and scale a high‑performing product organization by hiring, developing PMs, and setting operating cadences.
• Own GMV, engagement, unit economics, and credit outcomes for the Card domain and shape investment strategy.
• Drive platform capabilities (APIs, controls, servicing systems) and partner with Engineering to optimize cost vs. value.
