Job summary

Affirm is building the next generation of consumer finance, and the Affirm Card sits at the center of that vision. We’re seeking a Director of Product to own the end-to-end Card experience and the platform that powers issuance, authorization, servicing, and partner integrations.

You will lead a high-performing team, define multi-year strategy, and align cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Credit, Legal, and Partnerships to deliver durable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management with multi-team leadership.
• Experience owning large domains or platforms with business impact.
• Proven ability to build PM teams and scalable processes.
• Strong strategic thinking and systems-level judgment.
• Deep knowledge of payments, fintech, or related infrastructure.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, finance, and GTM.

Responsibilities

• Own the Card domain end-to-end, shaping vision and roadmap.
• Lead the Card Platform including authorization, servicing, and APIs.
• Build and scale a high-performing product organization.
• Drive GMV, engagement, and unit economics for the Card domain.
• Align with executive leadership and partner with Finance and Credit.
