Job summary

Affirm Card is a central pillar of Affirm’s vision, blending debit, credit and pay‑over‑time into one experience. We seek a Director of Product to lead the Card Domain—owning user experience, business outcomes, and the platform that issues, authorizes and services the card.

You will build a high‑performing PM organization, align senior stakeholders, and partner with Finance, Credit, and Engineering to drive profitability and responsible risk across geographies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management leading multi-team areas or platforms.
• Experience owning large domains with meaningful financial impact.
• Proven ability to scale PM teams and create scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the Card domain end-to-end, defining multi-year vision.
• Lead the US direct-to-consumer card products and Card Platform.
• Translate strategy into a coherent roadmap across teams.
• Build and scale a high-performing PM organization.
• Own GMV, engagement, unit economics and credit outcomes.
