Job summary

Affirm Card is the centerpiece of Affirm's consumer finance vision. We’re seeking a Director of Product to own the Card domain end-to-end, including the user experience, business outcomes, and the underlying platform for issuance, authorization, and partner integrations.

You will build and lead a high‑performing PM organization, translate strategy into a coherent roadmap, partner with Engineering and Finance, and drive GMV, engagement, and unit economics at scale.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management, with experience leading multi‑team product areas or platforms.
• Track record of owning large domains or business lines with meaningful financial impact.
• Experience building and scaling PM teams and defining systems and processes.
• Experience in payments, cards, fintech, or adjacent infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own the Card domain end‑to‑end across consumer experience, growth, and economics.
• Lead the US direct‑to‑consumer card products and in‑app virtual cards.
• Oversee Card Platform (authorization, ledgering, servicing, controls) and partner integrations.
• Translate company strategy into a coherent roadmap spanning multiple teams and systems.
• Build and scale a high‑performing product organization with clear standards and cadence.
• Drive GMV, engagement, unit economics, and credit outcomes for the Card domain.
• Shape investment strategy and resource allocation across product areas.
