Job summary

Affirm is building the next generation of consumer finance, and the Affirm Card sits at the center of that vision. We’re seeking a Director of Product to lead the Affirm Card and Card Platform, owning the end‑to‑end user experience, business outcomes, and the platform that powers issuance, authorization, servicing, and partner integrations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management with multi-team or platform scope.
• Experience building and scaling PM teams.
• Strong systems thinker with ability to link product decisions to strategy.
• Background in payments, cards, fintech or related infrastructure.
• Proven track record delivering durable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own Card domain end-to-end including consumer experience and platform capabilities.
• Translate strategy into a multi-team roadmap and drive cross-functional execution.
• Manage and develop a high-performing PM organization.
• Drive GMV, engagement, and unit economics for the Card domain.
• Partner with Engineering, Finance, Credit, Legal and GTM.
