Job summary

Affirm is building the next generation of consumer finance, and the Affirm Card sits at the center of that vision—blending debit, pay‑over‑time, and network‑native experiences into a single product.

We’re seeking a Director of Product to lead the Affirm Card and Card Platform—owning both the end‑user experience, the business outcomes of every card product, and the underlying platform that powers card issuance, authorization, servicing, and partner integrations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management managing multi‑team areas or platforms.
• Experience leading managers and building high‑performing PM teams.
• Ability to connect product decisions to company strategy at portfolio level.
• Depth in payments, cards, fintech or related infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own the Card domain end‑to‑end, defining multi‑year vision across UX, growth and economics.
• Lead US direct‑to‑consumer card products and Card Platform development.
• Build and scale a durable product organization with clear standards and cadence.
• Drive GMV, engagement, unit economics, and profitability with cross‑functional partners.
