Job summary

Affirm is building the next generation of consumer finance, and the Affirm Card sits at the center of that vision. We’re seeking a Director of Product to lead the Affirm Card and Card Platform—owning end‑to‑end experience and business outcomes across card issuance, authorization, servicing, and partner integrations.

You will design strategy, build a high‑performing team, and partner with engineering, design, finance, and credit to drive scale, profitability, and customer value across domestic

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management, with experience leading multi‑team product areas or platforms.
• Track record of owning large domains or business lines with meaningful financial impact.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi‑year vision for the Card across consumer experience, growth, and economics.
• Lead the US direct‑to‑consumer card products (Affirm Cards, and in‑app virtual cards).
• Oversee the Card Platform (authorization, ledgering, servicing, controls) powering D2C products domestically and internationally.
• Translate company strategy into a coherent roadmap spanning multiple teams and systems.
