Job summary

Planet Green Search is seeking a Senior Director of Channel Sales to build and scale a global partner ecosystem in AI cybersecurity. You will own end-to-end channel strategy, recruit VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, and technology alliances, and lead a growing channel team to drive significant indirect revenue.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of channel/partnership sales experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software; at least 5 years in a senior channel leadership role.
• Proven track record of building and scaling channel programs contributing 30%+ of total revenue at high-growth companies.
• Deep existing relationships with key cybersecurity channel players and tech alliance ecosystems.
• Experience recruiting and managing MSSPs, GSIs, and technology alliances.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity buying motions and data security solutions.
• Executive presence; experience negotiating complex partner agreements and presenting to C-level audiences.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy and program framework.
• Recruit and onboard strategic partners to drive indirect revenue growth.
• Lead a high-performing channel team and manage partner relationships at executive level.
• Collaborate with direct sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to enable channel support.
• Design partner programs, certification/training, and deal registration processes.
• Drive partner-sourced and influenced pipeline to meet aggressive targets.
