Planet Green Holdings seeks a Senior Director of Channel Sales to design and scale our global partner ecosystem in AI cybersecurity. You will recruit, enable, and govern channel partners, from VARs to MSSPs, and build a high-performing team to drive indirect revenue.

You will partner with direct sales, product, and marketing, own joint business plans, and report on channel ROI. Travel up to 40-50% and lead with data-driven strategies in a fast-growing startup environment.

Formación

• 10+ years in channel/partnership sales in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Senior leadership experience (Director/VP) in channel programs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy across partners (VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, technology alliances).
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable strategic partners to drive indirect revenue growth.
• Build and lead a high-performing channel team (managers, partner marketing).
• Own executive partner relationships and negotiate joint business plans and incentives.
• Collaborate with direct sales, marketing, product, and customer success to enable channel support and deal registration.
