Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Senior Sales Ambassador for a US remote field-based role focused on strengthening existing customer relationships, expanding value, and driving revenue through contract renewal and new solutions.

Based in the Greater Phoenix area, the ideal candidate will travel up to 75–80% across Arizona and New Mexico, serving as the primary account contact and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR Associate’s degree with additional 2+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years relevant experience with instrumentation utilized in a laboratory environment, or directly in a laboratory environment, field service, or technical call center for Diagnostics products.
• Experience interfacing with customers and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted partner to existing customers and drive retention.
• Manage accounts according to strategic plans and focus on value expansion and profitability.
• Perform assay integrations and support technical needs of the laboratory.
• Coordinate order, delivery, and billing processes.
• Renew contracts and extend agreements to block competition.
