Qualifications

• HS/GED plus 7 years of relevant experience in sales or lab operations; willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship & Retention: service trusted advisor to customers, aim for retention targets.
• Account Management & Growth: develop strategic plans for value expansion and profitability.
• Technical & Operational Support: perform assay integrations and support new account implementations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Sales, Marketing, Support, Technical Service and Finance.
