Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner to existing customers and manage accounts to renew and expand business.
• Perform assay integrations and support technical needs of the laboratory.
• Coordinate orders, delivery, and billing with internal teams.
• Drive customer retention and loyalty through value-based discussions and service reviews.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Managers to renew or extend contracts.
• Support implementation on new accounts including instrument installation and validation.
