Job summary

JLL in Austin, TX seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of data-center infrastructure programs, with focus on cost, schedule, scope, procurement and client outcomes. You will guide PMs, develop design paths, ROM estimates, manage GMP/NTE contracts, and ensure safety and quality across electrical, mechanical and life-safety systems.

Requires 7+ years in data-center or mission-critical construction, PMP/PE preferred, willingness to travel up to 100%, and strong communication

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction project management experience in data center, industrial, or mission-critical environments.
• Proven ownership of full project delivery on large, complex, high-value projects.
• Experience managing GMP/NTE or similar contracts on large scopes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-value data-center projects, owning cost, schedule, scope and client outcomes.
• Guide PMs, APMs and coordinators to maintain delivery standards and documentation integrity.
• Develop viable design paths and ROM estimates with high confidence within compressed timelines.
• Coordinate procurement, vendor qualification, and contract administration for large-scale engagements.
• Ensure QA, commissioning and safety across critical power, cooling, life-safety and control systems.
