Job summary

JLL seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the most complex data-center infrastructure projects, owning cost, schedule, and scope. You’ll direct APMs and coordinators, guide pre-design efforts, and manage procurement, contracts, and client interfaces with high autonomy in fast-paced environments.

You’ll oversee GMP/NTE contracts, ROM estimates, and rigorous reporting to executives, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of construction project management experience in data center, industrial, or other mission‑critical environments.
• Proven track record delivering projects at scale: $50M+ total project cost, high schedule intensity, and technically complex MEP scopes.
• Direct oversight of trade contractors in active, energized construction settings.
• Proven commercial and contract leadership, including RFP development, negotiation, and GMP/NTE/NTE-like contracts.
• Advanced proficiency with project management, scheduling, and financial management software.
• Deep knowledge of MEP and data center commissioning standards (NFPA, ASHRAE).
• Exceptional communication and executive-level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the program’s most complex, high-value projects.
• Coordinate and direct APMs and Project Coordinators.
• Lead pre-design and feasibility efforts with engineering, including ROM estimates.
• Drive speed-to-market delivery for largest scale projects.
• Own full-cycle financial management at the project level.
