Job summary

JLL seeks an experienced LLE/OFCI Senior Program Manager to lead strategic procurement for mission‑critical data centers. You will manage complex, high‑value equipment programs, negotiate with global vendors, and ensure schedules align with aggressive construction timelines.

You will coordinate with design teams, engineers, and construction managers to meet data center standards, monitor budgets, mitigate risks, and mentor junior staff while delivering client satisfaction across concurrent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• 7–10 years of data center procurement or project management experience.
• Experience with data center power, cooling, and commissioning preferred.
• Strong vendor management and strategic procurement capabilities.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement strategy for mission-critical equipment across multiple projects.
• Negotiate terms, delivery schedules, and SLAs with global manufacturers.
• Coordinate with design, MEP, and operations teams to define specs.
• Manage budgets, risk, and schedules for multimillion-dollar programs.
• Mentor teams and report status to senior leadership.
