Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex data-center projects in a Denver, CO locale. The role requires owning performance across cost, schedule, scope, procurement, and client outcomes while directing PMs and coordinators involved in the engagement.

Responsibilities include leading procurement, ROM estimates, risk management, and ensuring quality assurance and commissioning of critical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 8+ years of construction project management experience in data center, industrial, or mission-critical environments.
• Proven track record delivering $50M+ projects with high complexity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-value data-center projects, owning cost, schedule, scope and client outcomes.
• Guide PMs, APMs and coordinators, ensuring delivery standards and documentation integrity.
• Lead pre-design and feasibility, including due diligence, constructability review and ROM estimates.
