Job summary

JLL is seeking an Associate Project Manager specializing in data centers to assist with the delivery of mission-critical infrastructure projects. You will support day-to-day coordination, documentation, and client communications under guidance from senior PMs and program leaders.

This role provides hands-on experience with data center systems, 24/7 operations, and complex MEP coordination, building a solid foundation for a PM career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in construction/engineering/business or related field.
• 2–5 years of project coordination, construction administration, or related experience (data center or mission-critical facilities preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational skills with track record of meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers with daily coordination of data center construction activities, including tracking deliverables and schedules.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation (minutes, logs, RFIs, submittals, change orders, progress reports).
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, distribute materials, and follow up on actions.
• Assist with document control to ensure current drawings and records are accessible.
• Help manage project filing systems per JLL standards and client requirements.
• Support schedule development, updates, and monitoring using scheduling software.
• Track milestones, critical path activities, and report schedule variances to PMs.
• Assist with budget tracking, invoices, and financial records.
