Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Data Centers to lead strategic procurement of mission-critical data center equipment and manage complex, high-value programs across multiple projects. You will negotiate with global vendors and collaborate with design, MEP engineers, and operations teams to align with construction timelines and client goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in relevant engineering or construction field.
• 7–10 years in data center procurement or project management.
• Experience with Tier III/IV data center standards and high-value equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement strategy for mission-critical data center equipment.
• Develop LLE/OFCI procurement programs aligned with schedules and budgets.
• Negotiate terms, delivery schedules, and SLAs with global vendors.
• Monitor multimillion-dollar budgets and forecast expenditures.
• Coordinate with design, construction, and operations teams for specs and integration.
