Job summary

JLL is seeking a VP, Program Manager to lead the PMO for a large data center campus. You will guide complex projects across construction, infrastructure upgrades, and facility expansions, ensuring 24/7 uptime and adherence to data center standards.

You will manage schedules, budgets, stakeholder communications, and risk, mentor a team of project managers, and collaborate with clients and vendors to deliver scalable, reliable facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related technical field.
• 12+ years of program/project management experience with data center or mission-critical facilities.
• Experience leading PMO operations for large-scale capital programs ($100M+).
• Deep understanding of data center infrastructure including power, cooling, and MEP systems.
• Strong stakeholder management in high accountability environments.
• Experience with commissioning, testing, and operational handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily PMO operations for the data center campus and coordinate multiple projects.
• Establish PMO frameworks, governance, and reporting cadences for data center delivery.
• Coordinate between clients, contractors, design teams, and critical vendors.
• Manage master program schedules and resource allocation across the campus portfolio.
• Oversee power distribution, cooling, backup generators, and network infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with data center standards and client requirements.
• Mentor a team of project managers and drive process improvements.
