Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Data Centers to lead strategic procurement of mission-critical equipment for hyperscale and enterprise data center projects. You will manage multi-project procurement programs, negotiate with global vendors, and ensure schedules align with aggressive construction timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in data center construction, mission-critical equipment procurement, or data center project management roles.
• Proven expertise in data center mechanical/electrical systems including power distribution, cooling, and fire suppression.
• Experience with large-scale data center procurement budgets and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement strategy and execution for mission-critical data center equipment across multiple projects.
• Develop and implement LLE/OFCI procurement programs aligned with construction schedules and budgets.
• Negotiate complex commercial terms and service level agreements with global manufacturers and distributors.
• Coordinate with design, MEP, commissioning, and construction teams to ensure precise specifications and integration.
• Monitor multimillion-dollar budgets and detailed procurement schedules to prevent delays.
