Job summary

filigran is seeking a Customer Success Leader to drive success across the Americas for a fast‑growing, fully remote open‑source cybersecurity organization. You own onboarding, adoption, and renewal, serving as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients using threat intelligence and adversary exposure validation tools.

In this remote role, you will build proactive relationships, coordinate with Sales on upsell opportunities, and collaborate with Customer Support Engineers to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success or account management in SaaS.
• Based in the United States with national/regional support experience.
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn platforms such as OpenCTI, XTMOne, and OpenAEV.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with async remote culture.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
• Build proactive, long-term relationships with customers across the Americas.
• Identify upsell opportunities in partnership with Sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
• Collaborate with Customer Support Engineers to ensure seamless communication and ticket resolution.
• Collect and share customer feedback to improve product and service quality.
• Track success metrics and use data to inform customer strategy.
