Filigran is looking for a Customer Success Manager to guide and grow enterprise relationships across the Middle East. Based in Saudi Arabia and working remotely, you will collaborate with Support, Engineering and Product teams to align technical delivery with business goals.

You will onboard, train, renew, identify upsell opportunities with Sales, track success metrics, and build proactive customer relationships. Fluency in Arabic and English in cybersecurity is essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS/tech.
• 3+ years in cybersecurity, especially threat intelligence.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Based in Saudi Arabia with regional customer experience.
• Strong technical aptitude and CS tools experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own onboarding, adoption, training and renewal.
• Deliver trainings and run customer missions.
• Build proactive relationships across the Middle East.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with Sales.
• Coordinate with Support, Product and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Collect feedback and drive product/service improvements.
• Track success metrics to guide customer strategy.
