Job summary

RemotePass is expanding its US and Americas market and seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager to build lasting relationships with our global clients. You will guide customers from onboarding through renewal, acting as their strategic adviser and advocate.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product and Engineering to drive retention, expansion and value realization, using data-driven insights to optimize accounts and ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related role within SaaS or HR-Tech platforms.
• Proven ability to own full client lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; data-driven decision maker.

Responsibilities

• Guide new customers through onboarding for quick adoption of RemotePass.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to support customer goals.
• Serve as primary contact, address inquiries, and resolve issues swiftly.
