Spekit is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts across the US. You will act as a strategic advisor, unlock value, and drive renewal and expansion opportunities.

In this role you will build multi-threaded relationships with VP and C-suite stakeholders, lead business reviews, and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure customer outcomes align with Spekit's revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a strategic customer-facing role at a B2B SaaS company
• Proven ability to own net revenue retention with renewals and expansions
• Experience building relationships at VP/C-suite levels with Revenue/Enablement/RevOps leaders
• Experience managing a portfolio with ARR in the $30K-$200K+ range

Responsabilités

• Own the post-implementation relationship for a portfolio of accounts — from adoption through renewal, expansion, and advocacy
• Drive adoption of Spekit across your customers' revenue teams and embed AI Sidekick into daily workflows
• Lead strategic business reviews tying Spekit's impact to customer revenue goals
• Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales
• Identify and develop customer advocates for case studies and references
• Monitor account health using data and mitigate churn risk early
