We operate remote-first with a global team across 18 countries. You’ll own CRO initiatives, run high-volume tests, and collaborate with Copy, Design, and Media to optimize lead-form pages and funnels.

Qualifications

• Strong ownership and task ownership; thrives on getting things done.
• Experience running A/B tests, QA launches, and reporting on test outcomes.
• Comfortable updating copy, layout, and page flows within testing tools or CMS.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-impact landing page and funnel tests to optimize performance across high-traffic campaigns.
• Bring revenue-driving optimizations to life through hands-on building, multivariate analysis, launching, and reporting.
• Balance expectations of internal and external KPIs.
