Colliers is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Estimator to join our Global Occupier Services team. This role supports the account with budgets for industrial and office construction across client locations worldwide, collaborating with project managers and the real estate team.

Ideal candidates will have international project experience, strong cost estimation expertise, and proficiency in BIM, CostX and MS Office. Remote work options available; salary range provided in posting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in cost estimating and management (pre/post-contract).
• Knowledge of cost benchmarks for industrial buildings and related factors.
• Ability to review cost plans for quality and accuracy before approval.
• Experience with international industrial construction projects.
• Proficient in MS Office; BIM, CostX and related tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and maintain cost management processes.
• Guide PMs and real estate team in defining budgets for construction projects.
• Identify cost risks and develop mitigation with project teams.
• Provide cost estimates from preliminary to detailed stages.
• Evaluate cost control effectiveness and review forecasts and reports.
• Support value engineering and negotiations with contractors.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager for successful outcomes.
