Job summary

Colliers is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Estimator to join our Global Occupier Services team. The role focuses on cost estimation and management for industrial and office construction projects across client accounts worldwide.

You will lead cost-forecasting, budgeting and value engineering efforts, collaborating with project managers to ensure time and budget adherence and to optimize costs across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in construction management, engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in cost estimating and management, pre- and post-contract.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain cost management processes for projects.
• Define budgets for construction projects based on requirements, procurement strategy and contracts.
• Identify cost risks and develop mitigation measures with project teams.
• Provide cost estimates from preliminary to detailed stages of the life cycle.
• Evaluate cost control effectiveness and review forecasts to safeguard budget and cash-out plans.
