Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Senior Contingent Workforce Leader to drive strategy, governance, and execution of our large-scale contingent workforce program. You will oversee MSP/VMS relationships, international expansion, and cross-functional operations to deliver compliant, efficient engagement models.

You will lead a cross-functional team, partner with Legal, Sourcing, and HR, and own the technology roadmap across Beeline, Workday, and related systems to improve automation and data quality.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, implementing, and managing contingent workforce programs.
• Strong governance, compliance, and operating model development skills.
• Proven leadership in coaching teams and driving accountability.
• Experience with MSPs, VMS platforms, and external providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, governance, and execution of the contingent workforce program across the organization.
• Coordinate handoffs and transition of responsibilities in-house.
• Develop and coach program team and drive accountability across partners and suppliers.
• Design international expansion with cross-functional teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Create engagement frameworks for staffing agencies, contractors, and payroll models.
• Establish governance and controls for classification, onboarding, and supplier requirements.
• Improve onboarding workflows with IT and suppliers for timely access provisioning.
• Own the technology roadmap and integrations between Beeline, Workday, and other HR systems.
• Oversee invoicing, spend reporting, and supplier performance.
• Partner on supplier evaluations, RFPs, and negotiations.
• Define KPIs for service delivery, compliance, data accuracy, and spend.
• Translate workforce and financial data into planning insights.
• Develop self-service resources and training materials for managers and HR.
• Act as escalation point for complex operational challenges and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Ensure positive experiences for contingent workers and managers throughout lifecycle.
