Job summary

Vertage seeks an experienced Program Manager – Global Workforce Solutions to shape a scalable global standard for MSP and workforce solutions. You will collaborate with regional teams, CBO portfolio owners and SMEs to turn strategy into practical, global operating models and implementation programs.

You will drive cross-regional initiatives, challenge current approaches with market insight, and ensure adoption of standards across markets while respecting local regulatory differences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program, project or workforce-solutions management.
• Deep practical knowledge of end-to-end Recruitment MSP operating model.
• Experience translating workforce-solutions expertise into operating models, processes or transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience driving transformation within complex organisations.
• Experience with workforce technology and service-delivery models (VMS/ATS).
• Experience operating across multiple countries with international workforce programs.
• Excellent stakeholder-management skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• English fluency and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Programme-manage strategic global MSP and workforce-solution initiatives from strategy and design through implementation and adoption.
• Translate workforce and MSP strategy into structured implementation programs.
• Work with regional teams to develop and improve MSP operating models, processes and governance structures.
• Bring external market knowledge to challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Define and drive global standards while ensuring local adaptability.
• Establish and manage KPIs, SLAs, governance, reporting and performance management frameworks.
• Analyse MSP and workforce performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with regional teams to implement and embed new MSP processes and operating models.
• Support the implementation and optimisation of VMS and related workforce technology.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across international initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across countries and functions.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, candidate supply, compliance, efficiency and value.
• Ensure new processes, standards and solutions are adopted and embedded.
