Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruitment, staffing, or MSP environments.
• Experience with contingent labor programs and supplier management.
• Strong understanding of MSP operations, client consultation, and invoicing.
• Hands-on Beeline administration and activity management.
• Ability to analyze performance data and drive improvements.
• Experience resolving invoice discrepancies within MSP.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing requests across multiple positions with hiring managers.
• Define candidate requirements and communicate with talent suppliers.
• Monitor requisitions and shortlist candidates using evaluation methods.
• Coordinate interviews and support selection processes.
• Negotiate bill rates and ensure pricing aligns with market benchmarks.
• Support billing, invoicing, and expense management processes.
• Track KPIs/SLAs and implement continuous improvement.
• Build relationships with clients and suppliers through proactive communication.
• Assist supplier onboarding, scorecards, and competitive bidding.
• Provide workforce insights and recommend cost-effective staffing.
