Job summary

Jobgether in the United States is seeking a results-driven recruitment operations leader to guide a small remote team of two contingent staffing consultants. You will oversee training, workload allocation, process compliance, and coverage while paving the way for broader account management responsibilities.

You will consult with hiring managers, design sourcing strategies, manage requisitions and vendor interactions, and optimize recruiting timelines through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• At least five years in recruitment, contingent labor, or staffing operations.
• Experience with MSP programs, client consultation, and service delivery.
• Strong knowledge of temporary/contract staffing and workforce delivery processes.
• Proficiency with procurement technology and vendor management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small remote team, oversee training, workload allocation, and coverage.
• Consult hiring managers to understand workforce needs and sourcing strategies.
• Manage requisitions, approvals, and progress across staffing lifecycle.
• Assess candidates and develop shortlists aligned with client criteria.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain efficient recruitment processes.
• Negotiate bill rates and support cost-containment objectives.
• Oversee timecard, expense processing, invoicing, and dispute resolution.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Monitor KPIs/SLAs and drive continuous service improvements.
• Support supplier onboarding, scorecards, and performance review.
