Job summary

Jobgether is representing a partner company in the United States seeking a Sr Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant. You will oversee contingent workforce operations, lead a small remote team, and partner with suppliers and account managers to optimize staffing delivery and costs.

The role emphasizes client consultation, vendor management, and data-driven improvements within an MSP framework. Remote work is available for US locations.

Qualifications

• At least five years of recruitment, contingent labor, staffing operations, MSP programs, or related customer service experience.
• Experience supporting MSP operations, client consultation, service delivery, and supplier coordination.
• Strong understanding of vendor management systems and procurement technologies, especially SAP Fieldglass.
• Proven ability to monitor program performance, analyze data, and implement improvement plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small remote team of two consultants.
• Consult with hiring managers to define workforce requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Manage requisitions, approvals, and progress tracking across staffing lifecycle.
• Review resumes, assess qualifications, and develop shortlists.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain efficient recruitment processes.
• Negotiate bill rates and support cost-containment objectives.
• Oversee timecard and expense processing, invoicing, and issue resolution.
• Maintain strong client and supplier relationships and drive program improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, investigate gaps, and implement service improvements.
• Support supplier onboarding, scorecards, and performance monitoring.
• Partner with account managers to align with client priorities and action plans.
• Understand vendor management systems and communicate updates to clients and suppliers.
