Zillow Group is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Contingent Workforce to lead the strategy, operations, and continuous improvement of the contingent workforce program across the company. You will shape governance, ensure compliance, and drive scalable processes for contractors and hiring managers.

You will partner with Legal, Strategic Sourcing, HR, Product & Technology, IT, Finance, and HR Compliance to enable international expansion, data-driven decision making, and a consistent experience

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing, implementing, and leading contingent workforce programs in complex, cross‑functional environments.
• Deep expertise in contingent workforce practices, worker classification, and program governance.
• Experience partnering with Legal and compliance teams on domestic and international requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end strategy, operations, and continuous improvement of the contingent workforce program.
• Develop and execute a roadmap for international expansion with cross‑functional partners.
• Define and monitor program governance, intake, engagement models, and lifecycle management.
