Job summary

Zillow Group seeks a Senior Program Manager, Contingent Workforce, to lead strategy, operations, and continuous improvement of our contingent workforce program. You will partner with Legal, Strategic Sourcing, HR Compliance, and regional People teams to build scalable processes and centralized governance across locations.

You’ll translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, guide in-house operating model evolution, and drive supplier management, data integrity, and automation initiatives to

Qualifications

7+ years designing, implementing, and leading contingent workforce programs.
Experience with MSP, VMS, staffing supplier relationships and governance.
Experience partnering with Legal and HR Compliance on domestic and international requirements.
Experience with Beeline, Workday or similar HR tech platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end strategy, operations, and continuous improvement of Zillow Group’s contingent workforce program.
Develop roadmaps, partnerships, and governance across cross-functional teams.
Oversee supplier lifecycle, contract negotiations, and spend reporting.
Drive international expansion and enhance program efficiency and data quality.
